These four Char Dham pilgrimages—Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamunotri, and Gangotri of Uttarakhand are some of the most important pilgrimages in India and take you on a trail of divinity. Every one of these Dhams holds a legend and is devoted to a specific deity. Yamunotri, the seat of the goddess Yamuna is dedicated to the goddess Yamuna who goes with the pilgrims to the high altitudes of the picturesque Rawai Valley. Gangotri is dedicated to the goddess Ganga. The shrine overlooks the River Bhagirathi, another name for the River Ganga.
Tour Itinerary
Morning Drive from rishikesh to kharsali (210 kms)
Stay at shiv resort.
Drive to jankichatti and start trekk for yamunotri.
After darshan trekk back to base and drive to uttarkashi (124 kms)
Stay at uttarkashi.
Drive from uttarkashi to gangotri (99 kms)
After darshan return to uttarkashi stay .
Drive from uttarkashi to guptkashi. stay at hilldew resort.
Early morning Drive from guptkashi to sonprayag.
From sonprayag you have to take shared cab to Gauri kund which is 6 kms.
Start your trekk from gaurikund to kedarnath temple in morning.
Stay at kedarnath temple.
Start your Trekk back to Gauri kund early morning after darshan.
And then drive from sonprayag to chopta.
Stay at camps.
Drive from chopta to joshimath. stay at Joshimath
badrinath darshan and mana darshan, stay at badrinath or joshimath.
drive from badrinath to rishikesh. stay at rishikesh.
rishikesh local sightseeing, evening ganga aarti. stay in rishikesh
haridwar darshan (har ki pauri,daksh mahal,mansa devi temple).stay in haridwar.
